Booking: 1.1

To make a booking with Premium Paradise Tours, you must be at least 21 years old. 1.2 By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete. Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us in a timely manner.

Cancellation and Refunds: 2.1

Cancellations made by the customer must be communicated to Premium Paradise Tours at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. 2.2 In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, such as severe storms or natural disasters, Premium Paradise Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered. 2.3 Premium Paradise Tours cannot be held responsible for any type of weather change, sickness, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect the tour or lead to cancellations. Refunds in such cases will be subject to our cancellation policy as stated in section 2.1.

Damage: 3.1

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the tour equipment or vehicles due to negligence or intentional actions. 3.2 Premium Paradise Tours reserves the right to charge the customer for any necessary repairs or replacements caused by damage. 3.3 All vehicles used by Premium Paradise Tours are insured and undergo regular maintenance checks. If any damage is detected prior to a tour, the vehicle will not be sent out until repairs have been made.

Driving: 4.1

The person driving the vehicle must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. 4.2 The driver must have an active driver’s license that is valid in the country where the tour takes place. 4.3 The co-driver sitting in the backseat must be at least 1.40 meters in height.

Helmets: 5.1

For tours that involve motorized vehicles, the use of helmets is mandatory for all participants. 5.2 The customer receiving a helmet is responsible for its care and safekeeping during the tour. 5.3 In the event of damage to the helmet caused by the customer, it will be charged to their safety deposit or billed separately for the cost of repair or replacement.

Safety Deposit: 6.1

A safety deposit of $250 per bike is required before the start of the tour. 6.2 The safety deposit will be refunded to the customer after the tour, provided that no damage has occurred to the bike or associated equipment. 6.3 If any damage is caused, the 250 deposit will be withheld, and the costs will be charged to the customer based on the damage cost table below. If the customer does not pay, we will have to involve the police.
